TW200F6 is a high-performance, heat-stabilized, polyamide (PA46) grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber. It provides high mechanical properties, strength, design stiffness, wear & friction and process flow qualities. It is a high-heat polyamide that offers excellent creep-, heat-, chemical- and fatigue resistance, especially at high temperatures in combination with cycle-time advantages and excellent flow. It is processed by injection molding.TW200F6 is used in end-laminates (electro motors), fuse holders, charge air cooler caps, hot charge air ducts, electrical & electronics, speed-, position- & temperature sensors, torque convertor- & MTF/DMF components and outdoor power equipment. It is also applicable in lawnmower muffler components, lawnmower trimmer mufflers, coil insulation, DRL sockets, E-boxes, E-motor electric insulation, brush-holders (electrical components and electro motors), automotive bearing cages, suspension system top mounts, connectors and e-motor bobbins.
